Kerala tapioca chips made with first quality tapioca. we ensures the quality and taste in every step of our production. We remove the skin of Tapioca and cut it into small pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on tapioca during peeling. This Tapioca is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. then Tapioca is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the Tapioca. The Tapioca chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips
Kerala sharkara upperi (jaggery coated banana chips) made with first quality raw banana. we ensures the quality and taste in every step of our production. We remove the skin of banana and cut it into small pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on banana during peeling. Then we wash it in distilled water with turmeric and salt. This banana is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. then banana is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the banana. After sometime we mix the fried banana chips with a mix of jaggery, ghee, ginger, etc and stir it for half hour and will keep it dry
