We remove the skin of banana and cut it into small pieces. then banana is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the banana. The banana chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips.

Packing Methods
The product is sealed with nitrogen gas filled packing to ensure the freshness of the products. The sealed packages are put in a 5 ply cardboard box to prevent from breakage and is dispatched.
