Kerala tapioca chips made with first quality tapioca. we ensures the quality and taste in every step of our production. We remove the skin of Tapioca and cut it into small pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on tapioca during peeling. This Tapioca is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. then Tapioca is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the Tapioca. The Tapioca chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips.
