Mace is the spice made from the reddish seed covering of the nutmeg seed. Its flavour is similar to nutmeg but more delicate; it is used to flavour baked goods, meat, fish, vegetables and in preserving and pickling.

Packing Methods
The product is sealed with nitrogen gas filled packing to ensure the freshness of the products. The sealed packages are put in a 5 ply cardboard box to prevent from breakage and is dispatched.
