Kerala banana chips made with first quality raw banana. we ensures the quality and taste in every step of our production. We remove the skin of banana and cut it into small pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on banana during peeling. Then we wash it in distilled water with turmeric and salt. This banana is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. then banana is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the banana. The banana chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips.

- Ingredients (sweet banana chips) – Ripe banana, Coconut oil
Packing Methods
The product is sealed with nitrogen gas filled packing to ensure the freshness of the products. The sealed packages are put in a 5 ply cardboard box to prevent from breakage and is dispatched.

Product is good and delivery is very slow (7 days)
The Kerala Banana chips felt a little dry, but the Sweet Banana chips felt like a surprise, it was yummy, will definitely repurchase. The smell of coconut oil in the sweet ones is so tempting.

Packing should have been better in ziplock packets. In promo videos its shown in ziplock bags but while getting the same its other way round.
As usual very good!
Both tasted better than whats available in the Kerala Stores.
