Jackfruit is an healthy and tasty fruit of kerala. It has many health benefits and its taste is unlike any other fruits it is so good. The outer skin of the jackfruit is removed and the jackfruit is cut into small thin pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on jackfruit during peeling. Then we wash it in distilled water with turmeric and salt. This jackfruit is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. Then jackfruit is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the jackfruit. The jackfruit chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips
