Jackfruit is an healthy and tasty fruit of kerala. It has many health benefits and its taste is unlike any other fruits it is so good. The outer skin of the jackfruit is removed and the jackfruit is cut into small thin pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on jackfruit during peeling. Then we wash it in distilled water with turmeric and salt. This jackfruit is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. Then jackfruit is fried in neat and clean surface and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the jackfruit. The jackfruit chips are later sealed with nitrogen gas to ensures the freshness of the chips
Kerala banana chips made with first quality raw banana. we ensures the quality and taste in every step of our production. We remove the skin of banana and cut it into small pieces. The chips both jack fruit and sweet banana was fresh and crispy devoid of any oily taste. It was well packed in airtight bags.
Sweet banana chips were fantastic as it should be, however, the jackfruit chips were a bit disappointed. It was not that crunchy as it should be and the flavour of the jackfruit chips wasn’t as it should’ve been. Maybe, the jackfruit chips sent weren’t as fresh as the other items.
